The goal is simple: get a great group of BLG owners in the same room, away from the day-to-day noise, to talk honestly about what’s happening in our businesses right now, share what’s working, solve problems, and spend some real time together.
No stage. No pitch. No motivational talks. Just operators helping operators. Two full days at the table, and dinner together Wednesday night.

This isn't a conference and there's no stage. It's 30 owners around the table, talking honestly about what's happening in our businesses right now.
We'll share what's working, put real problems in front of the room, and work through them together. Expect zero motivational talks.

$749 per seat through September 30. $1,000 per seat beginning October 1.
There are 30 seats total. Once they're gone, we don't expand the room, and past events have always sold out.
Wednesday and Thursday, November 11–12, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Both days start at 9 AM.
Wednesday night we're all going to dinner together. Dress is smart casual.
We're at Empire Scottsdale, 3625 N Bishop Ln, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. It's in Old Town, about 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX).
Plan to arrive Tuesday night, November 10, at the latest. Fly home no earlier than 8 PM Thursday so you're not rushing out of the room.
November is one of the best times of the year to be in Scottsdale. If you want to make a trip of it, stay through the weekend.
Closest to the venue: Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town (7142 E 1st St), about 0.1 miles away.
Upscale: Hotel Valley Ho (6850 E Main St), about half a mile away. Caesars Republic (4747 N Goldwater Blvd), about a mile away, next to Fashion Square.
Also nearby in Old Town: Courtyard by Marriott (3311 N Scottsdale Rd), Hilton Garden Inn (7324 E Indian School Rd), and Hyatt Place (7300 E 3rd Ave).
There are also plenty of Airbnbs within walking distance of the venue.
Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is about 15 minutes away. Uber, Lyft, taxi, or a Waymo will get you to Scottsdale.
Smart casual or business casual. No gym attire. Come looking like a business owner.
Mid-November in Scottsdale is sunny with highs in the mid-70s and evenings in the low 50s. Bring a light jacket for dinner, plus sunglasses and sunscreen.
Yes, but every person in the room needs their own seat. With only 30 seats, book them together.
Not into the event space. Your family is welcome to enjoy Scottsdale while you're in the room.
Yes, but it's very limited. We recommend walking, taking an Uber, or getting dropped off. If the lot fills up, nearby street and lot parking may have time limits.
